Hehe, no Cornelia, I couldn't. It only occurred to me that I could have waited a while longer yesterday before I went to get my photos. The lighting would have been better towards sunset...

Well, I couldn't let her get away, or could I? And no, I didn't see anything, I suppose the ceremony was over when I took my photos. But she still attracted a big audience today, lots of harbour tour boats and private pleasure craft at Waltershofer Hafen. At Waltershofer Damm where I took the back shot I almost found no place to park my car and even at Parkhöft were more people than usual to see her and get a photo. MSC ZOE even made it in the main news on TV this evening: "Tagesschau" (the grand old lady of German TV news) reported on her and "Tagesthemen" will report on her tonight, too.

Ahh, you eventually made it Jens, very nice to see your shots on this event! Did you notice something going on on the quayside, some signs of the naming ceremony?
