Info wanted on this vessel wich was originally built in Holland in 1962 as Neeltje alida WR-152 and moved in 1973 to france.does someone know her french name and registration? on the bow I could read BL- ?? and when she moved to Ireland?

After been in Holland, sold to Boulogne sur Mer (France) as SYLVIE LYDIE - BL 101941, then sold to Les Sables d' Olonne as SYLVIE LYDIE - LS 101941, sold after to IRELAND as always SYLVIE LYDIE - D 628.
Not registred with this name since many years...
I would like to know too, if this vessel is always in activity.
Where and when this picture was taken ???
