Description:

KINGSNORTH and her sister ABERTHAW FISHER were built at Aberdeen and Troon respectively in 1966.
They were both built for transporting heavy loads to the new generation of power stations being built around Britain hence their RoRo capability. They were managed by James Fisher of Barrow.
This was taken in Glasgow in 1975 as she loaded such an item.
Both I/m certain are still sailing, ABERTHAW FISHER now called MOONSTAR.
