Crude oil tanker 'Tokyo Spirit' 5 hours after she run aground at Cascais Bay (20 km to the W of Lisbon) following an unusual storm with random surface gusts blowing at more than 100 km/h from the S-SW, and during low tide. The ship, on ballast, was grounded at less than 30 meters from the Cascais marina external breakwater, and ended-up parallel to it, facing W. Crew of 22 unharmed.
