Looks like it's FRISIA XI, the former RUM HART, having had her superstructure rebuilt as a part of a refit, likely to give her a similar appearance to FRISIA X.

With those odd-shaped windows and curved bridge-front, this look like FRISIA X.
Some new steelwork aft and upper deck extended by one window.
