While am not sure if the following is correct but due to inland transportation, the configuration of the coaster, the tank oil truck, the greek island, the port of registry then shoul only be Piraeus. The particular company appeared on the truck as a brand name Elin, having even today such coasters to refuel islands in the Aegean Sea.

I may have got the date I saw this ship wrong, it could have been the 1980's. Does anyone know the P o R of her at that time?
