Yes, it is NOT a obstructive foreground, but it is a very athmospheric view and angle in times of fixed focal length lenses on bigger ships moored at the Hamburg "Überseebrücke". Otherwise you had to hire a boat for capturing a big ship like the "HANSEATIC" from the waterside of the river Elbe. Hundreds of ships, moored at this special place, and thousends of photographers had been photographed from this position. The note is - my opinion - a very obstructive comment of the admin. It is not an obstructing but a rather interesting foreground. Together with the main subject which can be clearly seen a picture of historic value - not at least because of the foreground.

It is an old picture, keep it.
