it must be the Boston Comet,built 1960
1976 in stanby work
1986 sold to Spanish owners

I found three trawlers with that name on Miramar:
1. built in 1949 by Richards at Lowestoft, no IMO, no further data
2. built in 1957 by Mitchison at Gateshead, in 1959 renamed Rupert Brand IV, no IMO, no further data
3. built in 1960 by James & Stone at Brightlingsea, 1994 renamed My Friend, IMO 5049180, no further data
... but I can't tell which one it is in your photo (if it's one of the three above).
