Stand to be corrected but believe this is the Russian missile destroyer Admiral Panteleyev, steaming very slowly in the northern Aegean in the summer of 2013. Usually assigned to the Russian Pacific fleet, she is believed to have been in the Mediterranean in 2013 supporting Syrian operations, but spent much of time dealing with engine problems.
