Photographed sailing from Avonmouth on 31st March 1966, so exactly fifty years ago today, is Johnston Warren Lines’ ROWANMORE, built by Harland & Wolff at Glasgow in 1956.

Sold to Greece in 1973, she traded as ANDRIANA I until 1977 and then as MARJORIE Y. until finally arriving at Gandia, Spain, on 3rd December 1979 to be broken up.
