My comments:
Unknown cоaster after heave up anchor lost power and start drifting towards the tanker at the same anchorage. Due to unable to start engine coaster allided with unknown tanker. Unfortunatelly ship's names missing and sorry for poor quality due to camera was not so modern )

Adrian, never seen a Nord vessel with a red/black funnel, I was more thinking of Hin Leong/Ocean Tankers, but the name cannot be read, (unless one knows it of course).

Might even be a ship on charter to NITC of which the name is not even published anywhere.

Not necessarily a casualty, perhaps STS or bunkering ops more likely. In any case, a difficult one to solve.
