No, Matty that's no question of stability: they only will take the freefall lifeboat back on deck.

Like the crane at the back. Can I ask another stooped question? When using the main deck cranes, obviously being ballasted properly is something to consider but what about the lifeboat crane? Could that cause stability issues?
