Vessel has completed a 5 year charter to the Panama Tugs Group at the Port of Cristobal.

Built in 2011 by Damen Changde, Chande, China (511311) - may have been completed by Damen in the Netherlands - can anybody confirm please? -
354 g.t., 190 dwt. & 66.9 tons bollard pull, as:
'Palmaria' to 2011 &
'Rio Gatun' since.

I had the wrong lens on the camera at that moment, but as this is the only photo of the vessel on the site, perhaps it can stay until a better one comes along?
