Sorry mate, no, she's a fallpipe/rock dumping vessel. Such vessels are used to cover cables and pipelines on the sea bed. They are not cable or pipe layers.there is no category for fallpipe vessels but they are akin to dredgers - we classify them alongside dredgers here at work.
