I wonder why they are blasting back to bare metal below the waterline, maybe they checked and found a irregularity and had to blast back to bare metal, its almost as if they are going to do a whole new paint job on it, i reckon they should have attempted to build it in uk or somewhere to the east like The Netherlands, it would have been in service now.
