Jim: As I mentioned in the photo details, I was on the Teufelsbrücke pier in Hamburg, Germany. I used to spend a lot of time in Hamburg through work.

You did some really great photos, Bob, thank you for sharing them with all of us on this site...
(actually, all your oldie photos are excellent)

On this photo I can see:
- the middle window on the navigation bridge is covered with a "wooden board" or is that maybe some kind of "anti-sun shield" (it's on the window in front of the helmsman);
- there are *several containers* loaded on board on the main deck (1986);
