1945-taken as British war prize, renamed EXTIRPER
1945 returned to original intended Dutch owner, renamed TYNE
1968-sold to Luzon Stevedoring Corp, Manila, Philippines, renamed STANFORD (Filipino flag)
1975-wrecked 8.48N/119.49E on Tubbataha Reef, Sulu Sea, Philippines 5/1 and broken-up on-site
Photographed July 1968 in the canal at Maassluis outside what was at that time the Smit headquarters.
The small harbour tug lying alongside TYNE is a local tug MAASSLUIS, which is now preserved and is part of the tug museum in her home town.
