And also the same in Germany. German air navigation service provider together with Deutsche Telekom are developing a system to provide every drone with a modem and a SIM-card in order to be able to track down the position of a drone because of too many sightings around airports...

Pretty much same in my country (Canada). There are very strict rules/regs for recreational/commercial flying. Nevertheless, I am of the opinion they would be difficult to enforce in some situations....?
