SKOPELOS (IMO 9254862) behind - the white crane belongs to that.
IBN BATOUTA was at Tuzla from March 2018 until this photo with the tug CHRISTOS XXII (sailed Tuzla 12/8, arr Piraeus 16/8).

The owners since c2016 - Northbay Transportes Marítimos Lda, Funchal (managed by Francisco José de Gouveia), which has the RED STAR 1 (IMO 6511128) running Brindisi-Vlore (Albania), but these are not the same colours. Another one to keep an eye on.
