Description:
T.& J.Brocklebank's 1948 Wm.Hamilton, Port Glasgow, built MAHSEER is seen steaming past Portishead, outbound from Avonmouth, almost fifty years ago, early on 12th November 1968. She had sailed from Calcutta on 31st August bound for London, Avonmouth and Liverpool.
By 1973 the distinctive white band on her hull was painted over and on 16th June 1975 she arrived at Gadani Beach, Pakistan, for breaking.
