Hello Volker, yes it does rain a little bit and the water level between Koblenz and Duisburg had nearly doubled in the last week but the water level is already decreasing again on the Upper Rhine between Basel and Koblenz, so much more rain has to fall to improve these difficult conditions for shipping.
