Thank you for your comments.

My last official sea trials were more than two and a half years ago, but I almost ended up on this one, but not because I wanted to.

I had to check some design detail, and the "Isabella" was the closest one to me. So I went on board, completely disregarding the fact that her lines were to be cast off, that the tugs were standing by, and that I almost had to jump on board from the gangway that was already attached to a crane in order to be removed.

So, when I finished my job, I saw that we were already moving, which immediately made me a stowaway. I wouldn't mind being there for the sea trials (as there is always the need for extra hand), but I was not really mentally ready to cheating my way in. So I announced my presence to my colleagues, who laughed their a$$es off, of course.

But there was still a way out, as the draft readings were had to be carried out using a tug, so I went back ashore with it, and had time to make this photo from a hill overlooking the yard. :)

My "official" sea trials will be with the "Arina", one month from now.

Cheers

Vlad

Well that would have given some nice pictures.
You are never doing sea-trials.
Cheers,
