Fir ckarity, PDVSA didn't cancel the orders. They ran out of money so could not fulfil their contractual obligations. The yard had no option but to cancel the orders. these are 20 year old ship designs from a poor-performing yard in Argentina. If they were modern eco-ships from a first-class yard in Japan or Korea, someone might want them but as it stands no-one will buy these rusting hulks. the likelihood of them being completed in the forseeable future is very remote.

Acording to someone comment, both ships building orders were cancelled by PDVSA.

And what about M/T "Eva Peron"? Is she still in build?
It seems to me that she has a sad future ahead. Perhaps going to scrap without a single nautical mile sailed?
