That's a good question. Her hull has not been "released" yet, not even the parts of her hull and outfitting that have been removed, and are now stored in the vicinity. Not even her cargo was removed; whatever remains of the cars and trucks that she had on her last voyage are still piled up nearby. People still come to see her, but mostly remember her only on the anniversary of the tragedy. Preservation still looks like a more popular option.

Is she still considered a crime scene? What is the plan? Scrapyard eventually, but why are they keeping her there?
