Hi Frank, yes, that is most likely the case, the bridges east of Rotterdam would not allow her to pass in all her glory.

Blast from the past!. I think she was towed from Heusden to Rozenburg without her accomodation block because of bridge obstructions on the River. She was the fitted out at Verolme Rozenburg. Great photo Pieter.
