Another unique picture.
#5103 had to be third ship of SLKB's Baltik class (after Tornedalen and Lolland (Norrbotten)); ordered by M.Veeder in late 2000. The contract was later defeated and as there was no other potential buyer and it was not possible to deliver the completed ship (due to NATO attacks on Yugoslavia), launched hull was laid up. In May 2005 sold to Bogazici Shipyard Istanbul/TR and towed there as you can see here (and better in the other shot) - tied to push barge which was pushed by Sitno and towed by Ruzin - down to Galati/RO where the job was handed over to a seagoing tug.
Couple of weeks later similar-fated #5104 followed the same way.
Currently they are both being finished in Istanbul as Polder (#5103) and Orkan (#5104).

5103's / Polder's IMO is 9191943.

Original measures had to be:
L: 99.98m, B: 16.5m, D: 6.3m, 4211GT, 5500DWT, 3360kW main engine, 13.5kt. 141TEU in hold + 216 on deck.
