- Attacked by pirates (6), in while underway in Gulf of Aden (05/05/'09). Pirates opened fire and attempted to board ship a few times but failed. Crew fired rocket flares towards pirates, took evasive actions and managed to escape. Ship sustained bullet damage by broken bridge window. No injuries to crew.
