Description:

The Greenock built KINNAIRD CASTLE, built in 1956 as CLAN ROSS but briefly transferred to South African Marine Corporation in 1961/2 before being given her Union Castle name in 1962 and then transferred into the nominal ownership of King Line in 1967, is seen arriving at Avonmouth exactly fifty years ago this morning, on 4th December 1970.

She finally arrived at Gadani Beach on 26th April 1978 for breaking
