@jaybird25 nah thats normal most of the time, that tug would be like a bottle with air in it sort of takes more then that to make them list, i have seen a pic where a damen tug was in the surf trying to move a vessel that was beached a wave got it and it listed almost 70 degrees and righted herself,
the tug is used as a brake to prevent the vessel hitting the other side of the canal if you didnt know..

At first glance i thought "GYAS" was doomed ? or was that supposed to happen ?
