It is impressive every time to watch such ships in this narrow part of the Kiel-Canal and let them pass so nearby
NO:
When these ships are berthed in a big harbour amongst all the 20.000+TEU gigants, they seem so tiny and small
BUT:
Remember, it’s only 50 years ago, that
- this was the normal size of oversea cargo ships sailing to east asia,
