This Dhow sped by us outward bound as we were at anchor in Colombo Roads in early 1964. Its impressive size can be gauged from the size of the man on the tiller and others on deck. The 2nd Mate said it was probably bound for the East African coast. A stirring sight to enjoy and remember wherever she was going.
