The 2014 Imabari built bulk carrier STELLAR ALAZANI, when (ISM) managed by Marine Trans Bureau Ltd, Office 2, Ground Floor, ul Bakhchivandzhi 2, Mariupol, Donetska oblast, 87525, Ukraine, is seen departing from Liverpool for Glasgow with a part cargo of soda ash from Derince in Turkey.

It is sincerely hoped that the people managing the Marine Trans Bureau fleet of eight ships are safe and will be able to continue in business.

On 22 March 2002 the vessel's ISM manager was changed to Klip Marine Management of Estonia

It would appear that the vessel is owned by Stellar Navigation Ltd , Suliko Zhgenti Street 1, 11, Batumi, Georgia.
