Description:
Russian cargovessel TULA moving slowly towards her anchor-position at East London Roads, South Africa in november 1974.
She was one of 12 sistervessels of around 12500 t.dw. built at Warnemünde for russian owners.
In 1992 she was sold to Malta-flag owners and was renamed IOKASTI.
And in december 1994 she arrived at Alang, India for B/U, and was beached in the early days of 1995
