Description:

At "Pal Pal" breaking yard in Busan Gamcheon port, still showing her fake IMO number, but now with a working rented generator chugging away happily on her poop deck... I'm putting her back into "Chemical and Product Tankers" category.

Thank you for your comment, Zouki. It is confusing, and maybe that was the intention of her owners... You are right about the "Apex"; in fact, if you look closely on the full screen photo, you will se "Apex" written on her starboard life raft.

Cheers

Vlad

I'M A LITTLE CONFUSED BY ALL THIS: ACCORDING TO EQUASIS, THE 'BOGUS' IMO # BELONGS TO MT "APEX", WHICH IN THE LINKED PHOTO THEY SUPPLY LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE THIS FINE CRAFT (EVEN DOWN TO THE STACK INSIGNIA). MEANWHILE THEY APPEAR TO BELIEVE THAT IMO 9191773 BELONGS TO MT "KINGSWAY", BROKEN UP AT THE BEGINNING OF THE YEAR. THAT WOULD MAKE THIS "SHUN FA" THE FORMER "APEX". FROM THE LOOKS OF HER, I'M GUESSING THERE'S A GOOD CHANCE SHE'S NOT LONG FOR THE WORLD EITHER!
