Friedrich A.Detjen of Hamburg's 1957 Flensburg built MAAS is seen passing Gravesend, inbound for London exactly fifty years ago today, on 2nd July 1972, to load cargo for the Persian Gulf.
Later: 1973 BALTIC SEA - 76 LIN YIN
It is thought that she was employed only coasting around China in the 1980s and that she was broken up in 1992

Small correction please, she was built in 1959 (launched 18 February, delivered 29 April) yard no. 579.
