Returned to the USMC 8 April 1946 and laid up in the Maritime Reserve Fleet at Mobile, Alabama
Transferred to the US Navy, charted to Pacific Tankers, Inc., under the operation control of the Naval Transportation Service as USS “Mission Santa Clara” (AO-132)
Transferred to the Military Sea Transportation Service 1 October 1949 as USNS “Mission Santa Clara” (T-AO-132)
Returned to the USMC 25 June 1959 & laid up in the Maritime Reserve Fleet at Suisan Bay.
Commenced conversion to an undrway replenishment tanker 1962; on completion transferred to the Pakistan Navy on 17 January 1963
Badly damages during the Indian Navy's attack on Karachi on 9 December 1971 & laid up.
Scrapped 1982
