I require some help about this accommodation block , i remember as a child going to Rotterdam and im sure this had a big Heineken sign on the radar and the accommodation block was located elsewhere in Rotterdam also someone told me it was of a old esso tanker some help would be greatful thanks.

Hi Manfred thank you for the information, Yes i remember it at the Central Station The first time i would have seen it was 1983 so it wasn't there that long then. Could be the bridge of an old Soflumar (Van Ommeren France) tanker (Port something) which was a long time located in front of the old Central Station.
