She is owned by the Turkish company behind the Karadeniz Powership vessels. The gulet on deck is most likely SUHEYLA SULTAN which was built by the Karadeniz yard.

She is a yacht support vessel converted from a heavy lift vessel. Bit of a special one to say the least!
