Hi MattB, thanks for your comment, I think so, in order to have a continous walk without "jump" to ride pipes.

It's interesting to see the deck from this perspective. Looking at the green painted walkway, I note the yellow ridges over the pipe-works. Is this to facilitate wheelchair access?
