The Lake size bulk carrier FEDERAL DANUBE early eighties. She was delivered by Cockerill in 1980 for account of UBEM, and then chartered out to Federal Commerce. In 1993 Fednav became the owner. In 1995 she was renamed LAKE ONTARIO but still owned by a Fednav related company. In 2009 she was finally taken over by Canada Steamship Lines, who renamed her Oakglen. Her value was lying in the dimensions which made a life extension feasible, and in 2014 she was reclassed as Great Laker only. She is still in service.
