Liberian OBO-carrier CHEYENNE is here seen anchored in the Mississippi River in december 1984. This vessel was built in 1977 by Rheinstahl Nordseewerke, Emden, for Swedish owners, and was of 123 886 t.dw.

1978: CHEYENNE (Liberia)
1985: SHAWNEE (U.K:)
1987: SHAWNEE (Hong Kong)
1995: AGIOS IOANNIS THEOLOGOS (Cyprus)
20/12-1998: Arrived at Alang, India for demolition.

One the many vessels owned by the Cargill company at the time, funnel emblem with the T stands for Tradax, a Cargill affiliated company, vessels were managed from their Amsterdam office (I worked there) for some time around 1970-1980.

Yes, Cargill is a well known name for us who have been on bulkers. Now they also own one of the largest producers of fish-feed here in Norway.
