Launched in 2014, IRMA DULCE, which when completed was to be a Aframax tanker, because Petrobras scandal, never sailed to open seas. Now, the deteriorated hull was removed from builders to another abandoned shipbreakers at Guanabara Bay/Rio de Janeiro.
