P. & O.'s 1956 Scotts’, Greenock, built NYANZA, which had been transferred from British India S.N. ownership in 1972, is seen arriving at Avonmouth on the evening tide of 3rd July 1973, exactly fifty years ago today, during a voyage from Chittagong.
