Not many differences between them, but 6 letters before STEIN. When enlightened/sharpened the third letter looks definitely like a T which would make her ROTHENSTEIN:

There were three vessels of RAVENSTEIN class.
Built at J. Cockerill, Hoboken during WW II.
Purchased after the war in 1955 by NDL.
RAVENSTEIN, REIFENSTEIN, ROTHENSTEIN.
