Description:

Ben Line's 1951 Blyth built BENATTOW arriving at London's Royal Docks on 15th July 1973.

Ordered from Mollers' own shipyard, the Blyth Drydock and Shipbuilding Company, as THURLAND CASTLE for their Lancashire Shipping Company, this ship was sold on the stocks to Pacific Steam Navigation and delivered in 1951 as CUZCO. Purchased by Ben Line in 1965, she traded as BENATTOW until arriving at Kaohsiung on 25.9.77 to be broken up.
