Ievoli Black newly arrived back from Refit in Rotterdam and having a new Hull colour in accordance with the requirements of the new UK Coastguard contract for the provision of Emergency Towing Vessel for Scotland. She is also supposed to come into the UK ship registery and have a British crew.
