Greek tanker DIONE is here photographed on the Mississippi River in August 1980.
Owned by the large Carras group, she was built 1967 by Mitsubishi, Yokohama. Until 1978 she was registered in Liberia with the name IOANNIS CARRAS.
In 1984 she was sold and renamed AMAZON under Greek flag.
In February 1985 she arrived at Kaohsiung, Taiwan for demolition.
