Description:
The Soviet Sofia class tanker GDYNIA in the Third Petroleum Dock, early eighties. Built at the Leningrad Admiralty yard (#737), she was delivered in 1964 and finally scrapped in China during 1986. Does anybody know why the number 289 is painted on her stern?
