Hi Matt Unfortunately, I was only in Churchill for three days in August. I was travelling "on land" and therefore didn't have to worry much about the tides. The Hudson Bay at Churchill has a tidal difference of about 4m . The beluga-watching boats can only enter/leave the harbour at higher water levels - at this time was at the harbour. Unfortunately, I was never there at low tide, because walking alone from the town to the harbour of Churchill is risky because of the polar bears even in summer.... I am not sure if I understood your question correctly and could answer it... Kind regards from Switzerland - Marc
