LOL, have you guys ever seen youtube videos of people changing light bulbs on 1000 feet tall antennas? This sailor at least has staircases.

Imagine one would be sent, for example, to change the light bulb on top of that crane frame, slowly climbing all those ladders & returning back.... That would have to be the one & only task given & performed by that person at that day, to be fair!
